Shipping
What are Shipping Charges?
Free Shipping in Pakistan. For international orders, shipping charges depend on your geographical location and order weight.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
How long will it take to get my order?
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
What shipping carriers do you use?
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
What are different payment methods?
We accept COD, EasyPaisa/JazzCash, Bank Transfer and Credit Card Payment for local clients. For international orders we also accept Western Union and Credit Cards along with Bank Transfer.

Are the color of juttis accurate?
Our team has made its best effort to display the accurate color of the juttis. However, the colors may differ on various displays and screens.
How should I choose my size?

Do Raahi juttis stratch over time?
The more you wear the juttis, the more comfortable they get as natural leather expands by about half an inch after wearing at least 2-3 times
